1. Commitment to Data Privacy

AriaNex Ventures (“AriaNex”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) recognizes the critical sensitivity of corporate HR, payroll master records, statutory filings, and employee personally identifiable information (PII). We comply strictly with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP), the Information Technology Act, 2000, and international ISO 27001 data protection guidelines.

2. Information We Collect

In delivering managed HR, staffing, and payroll services, we may collect and process:

• Client Organizational Data: Business registration, PAN, GSTIN, PF/ESIC establishment codes, bank disbursement accounts.
• Employee Master Records: Full name, Aadhaar (masked), PAN, date of birth, residential address, bank account numbers, salary structures, attendance logs, and statutory deductions.
• Communication Data: Inquiries submitted through our website forms, email correspondence, and customer support transcripts.

3. Purpose of Processing

All employee and enterprise data is processed exclusively for executing statutory salary disbursement, filing governmental returns (EPFO, ESIC, Income Tax TDS, Professional Tax), conducting background verifications, and managing employee lifecycles under client authorization.

4. Security Standards & Encryption

We implement 256-bit AES encryption for all data at rest and TLS 1.3 encryption for data in transit. Access to employee data is restricted to authorized payroll and compliance specialists through multi-factor authentication (MFA) and granular role-based permissions.

5. Data Retention & Erasure

Employee records are retained strictly in accordance with statutory statutory requirements under Indian labour law (e.g., minimum 3–5 years for statutory registers) and are securely purged following mutual agreement or client offboarding.
